- How are travel fees calculated?
We’re based in Corona, CA, and serve Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties. Travel fees are calculated from our service base in Corona to your appointment location. You’ll always receive an upfront quote before your appointment is confirmed.
- What do I need for my appointment?
Please have a valid government-issued photo ID, your completed but unsigned documents, and any required witnesses ready before your appointment.
- What documents can you notarize?
We notarize powers of attorney, trust documents, affidavits, deeds, medical authorizations, travel consent forms, and many other personal, business, and real estate documents.
- What loan signings do you handle?
We facilitate refinance packages, purchase and seller packages, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, loan modifications, and other mortgage-related signings.
- What legal documents can you serve?
We serve summons and complaints, subpoenas, unlawful detainers, family law documents, restraining orders, small claims documents, and more. A completed Proof or Affidavit of Service is provided when applicable.
- What documents can receive an apostille?
Common documents include birth, marriage, and death certificates, powers of attorney, corporate documents, school records, and other eligible documents.
- How much does a mobile notary cost?
California notary fees are regulated by state law. Mobile travel fees vary based on distance and location. You'll receive an upfront quote before your appointment is confirmed.
- How soon can I schedule an appointment?
Appointment availability varies by schedule and location. We strive to accommodate same-day and next-day requests whenever possible.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, check, Zelle, and Visa debit. Payment details will be provided when your appointment is confirmed. There is a $30.00 dollar fee for bounced checks. There is a a 2.3% service fee for Visa debit. We do not accept credit cards or American Express.
